We can not guarantee that the images match the exact colours of the wallpaper.

Colours can also vary from batch to batch.

Therefore we highly recommend to order a free sample before purchasing your rolls to make sure the colours meet your expectations.

Also, to make sure that you order the correct amount of rolls, and to ensure a great result we recommend you hiring a professional wallpaper hanger.

Our wallpapers are printed by skilled artisans at the wallpaper manufacturer Ulricehamns Tapetfabrik in Sweden.

When printing they only use water based inks and varnishes, free of PVC, heavy metals and substances which damage the environment.

No solvents other than plain water is used in the factory, and all the waste from the production can be recycled.

Surplus colors are reused in production and the energy used in the factory is climate compensated.

The backing material is non-woven paper which is a mixed material consisting of synthetic fibers and mixed pulp. The combination makes the material form-resistant and easy to use. The synthetic fibers come from recycled materials such as PET bottles, and the pulp from forests with FSC certification. Non-woven has ÖK-Tex standard 100 certification.

Hanging - Paste the wall.

Care - Wipeable with a soft damp cloth or sponge. Add no agent or detergent.

All orders are shipped directly from the wallpaper manufacturer in Sweden.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders made during weekends and bank holidays/red days are processed the following working day. Should we for any reason be unable to process your order within this time, we will contact you.

You will receive a shipping notification once your order has dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE: Import VAT will apply on orders shipped outside of the EU. Be aware of the applicable costs as you will be responsible for these at the time of the delivery. For details regarding this please contact your local customs authorities.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to handle any orders under 300 EUR to the UK and Norway.

All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. We ask you to inspect the goods upon delivery and check that no items are damaged. If goods are damaged you should sign for as such upon delivery and contact info@ulricehamnstapetfabrik.se within 24 hours of delivery including photographic evidence of the damage.

We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.​

We do not accept returns of any opened wallpaper rolls.

You can return your complete order within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

You have the right to cancel your order should it be more than 21 working days delayed.

Please contact us regarding delayed shipments so that we can help you as soon as possible.

Delays caused by you not being present to receive the shipment is out of our control and not subject to a refund.

You may reclaim if a defect in manufacturing is suspected. Contacts us at info@ulricehamnstapetfabrik.se and attach images of the subject and your order number. If a defect is confirmed you will receive new rolls or if out of stock, a refund.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment.

To be able to return an item you need to send it in its original condition and packaging.

Once we have received your shipment you will get an email from us letting you know that we are processing your refund. When the return is accepted a refund will be made.

Please note that if you return your order without first contacting us, the handling time will be longer.
